In colder weather (beginning and end of the season): woolen clothing, tuque, gloves, woolen socks, windbreaker, etc.

In hot weather: t-shirt, shorts, swimsuit, change, etc.

Soft-soled, light-coloured shoes or sneakers, raincoat, rain boots, sunscreen, sunglasses

Lunch and bottle of water
